Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-Applied online with a CV and cover letter
-Then invited to take a variety of tests online (numerical and logical)
-Then invited to their office to interview face-to-face and resit the online tests (to check you hadn't cheated).
-2 face-to-face interviews with senior bankers (1 was competency based and the other was technical)
-Competency interview: tell me about yourself, why did you choose your uni/degree, why IB, what prior experience do you have, what relevant skills do you have, describe yourself in 3 words, what do you do in your free time, do you have any questions for me
-Technical interview: tell me something about yourself i wouldn't know from your CV, pitch me an interest off of your CV and make me interested in it, how many people cycle to work each day in the UK (brainteaser), what do you know about RBS, how would you fit into RBS, when has RBS last been in the news and why, what does RBS do, do you have any questions for me
