Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring manager got in contact with me through an email. I quickly responded and was asked to participate in a phone interview with the said hiring manager. After a brief phone conversation I was asked to come into the Capital Markets office in Buckhead to meet with several of the VPs and other Capital Markets associates. The first round of interviews was one on one with several VPs coming in and taking part in the interview process. Then I had a meeting with the head of capital markets and the head of syndicate services.
