First round: On-campus interview with a senior manager. It's a pretty standard half-hour interview with the usual fit and behavioral questions.

Second round: On-site interview at their San Jose office. There is a pre-interview dinner at night with most of partners/managers from the group. The next day, there were 3 rounds of half-hour interviews with partners and directors in the group. There are also some presentations by HR mixed in with the interviews. At the end, you have lunch with the associates and then go along your merry way.
