Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got the first interview by applying on the campus website and networking with an alum who was currently in the position. Got an on campus interview at the career center, one on one, very friendly, behavioral type interview about my background. No technicals. Got a second round on site in NYC. Basically the same process but with three one on ones in succession after an initial presentation on the group by a few senior members.
