Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Resume drop / employee referral
2. Phone interview with a regional recruiter. Recruiter was figuring out what my wants / needs were and why I wanted to make a move. Was working at a competitor.
3. Another phone interview and then scheduled a date for me to come in. Phone interview was 'walk me through your resume', asked to provide examples of team work and leadership experience.
4. Interview with two managers and a partner in financial services over the course of a day. 'Tell me about a time where you had to work with someone you disagreed with' and other generic team work / team player type questions. 'How do you manage deadlines'
