What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

The recruiting process starts with socials and dinners. Basically anybody meeting the minimum threshold for grades gets invited to these. Then come the first round interview. Many candidates are screened out before even interviewing. The interview was one on one and very conversational. Zero technical or behavioral questions. it was mostly an interview to determine culture fit.
