Research Analyst

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of interviews. The first was held on my campus and I was interviewed for 30 minutes, mostly asked behavioral questions and standard stuff. Second interview was completed on site and consisted of a several smaller interviews with various managers. Questions ranged from behavioral to skill test as well as logical questions. Third round was also on site and I was interviewed by about five higher level executives as well as an HR person all in one room. I was asked to pitch a stock as well as other more technical as well as behavioral question. And stuff such as why work here? what industry would you be in if not finance? etc.
