Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round was an interview on my campus with two members of their recruiting staff. The interview lasted half an hour and was not to difficult. This was followed up with a phone interview between one of the people I had previously interviewed with, and the executive in the office I would be working in. The interview again was not difficult, and mainly focused on walking through my resume and past experiences.
