Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, was contacted by the office manager and had a brief and basic phone interview. The in-person interview a couple weeks later was very standard. Most of the employees being hired were fresh out of college, and there were no technical questions, only questions of work ethic and personality. Most of the stuff they were looking for is: can you show up on time, present well, and bring all of the required materials to the interview. Was offered the job a couple weeks later with no room for negotiation and had two business days to accept/decline. The salary is posted online along with a lot of their career information, so pretty standard stuff.
