First applied through careers services. I was offered an interview. The evening before the interview you were able to meet the people who were interviewing you. The next day was a one on one interview. About a week or so later you are invited to a super day. There is a networking opportunity the evening before the interview so you can meet who is interviewing you. The interview day consists of 3-4 back to back interviews with 2 employees from various positions. I heard back in about a week others took longer. I guess it depends on your placement.
