Financial Specialist Accel Training Program

Applied on my school website. Got an email telling me to come in for an on campus interview. Went in had a 1 on 1 interview with a very friendly lady. Asked basic questions can't really remember them. What's your greatest strength and weakness. Name a time you had to deliver bad news to someone. After the interview i was called in about 3 days to tell me i was being offered a spot for super day. They brought me to newark nj. They pay for all travel and hotel expenses. Had a little cocktail hour after a introduction speech. Then in the morning had 3 sets of interviews with 3 different people. Asked about my resume, what i was most proud of. Some of the same questions that the first interviewer asked as well.
