Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR style phone interview. Superday: five 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 interviews with different managers and group heads. Interview questions were primarily behavioral with approximately one technical accounting type question per interview. After interview process each candidate was asked to fill out questionairre asking group preference as well as geographic preference. All interviewers go into a room following interviews and debate on what group / city each candidate will go to. They try to match up want of managers with desire of interviewee.
