Corporate Banking Analyst

Received an interview in October after submitting a resume and cover letter online through OCR.
The first round consisted of an on-campus group interview with one MD in Capital Markets and an Associate in Corporate Banking. Roughly half of the questions were designed to test general knowledge of the financial services industry (i.e. functions of an investment bank, accounting terms). The other half of the questions were cultural in nature, designed to determine which development program track (Capital Markets or Corporate Finance) would best suit your skills. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I mailed thank you notes afterward and was told I would hear from them within a week.
Exactly one week later I received a call from HR inviting me to a superday in Philadelphia for the CF track. I was flown to Philly for a Thursday night banquet followed by a superday on Friday.
The superday involved 4 interviews with bankers covering essentially the same questions as the first round. The interviews were fast paced, but there were 30 minute breaks between them, which helped. Afterward, we ranked our industry group preferences before flying home. Overall, there were roughly 80 kids at the superday.
