What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I started with your typical on-campus interview process. I was then placed into the November superday. The superday consisted of 3 interviews back to back. Overall, the process was very technical, although this might had to do with me being a sophomore in college at the time. PNC heavily stresses research about the company and why you would fit into their culture. Essentially, this was a very "behavioral" interview process. Overall, I really enjoyed my interactions with the company and had a phenomenal time during my internship.
