Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a very personality/fit based interview process. They really wanted to know why you wanted to be in capital markets and why at PNC. The people that I interviewed with were both very nice, as well as happy to share their experiences as well as give feedback. I did not go to their recruiting event, which I think really hurt me as it was brought up. They seem to really want people that view PNC as a first choice and not a back up. It was a 2 on 1 interview and consisted of only a few accounting related questions. I would be prepared for, but would not expect technical questions. Do your research on the company.
