General Interview Information
Interview Details
Step 2 - Super day in Pittsburgh. Involved a pre-interview networking reception the night before. Lasted for about 2 hours as you mingled with people from all three tracks, Corporate and Institutional Banking, Treasure Management and Capital Markets. Capital Markets is the most competitive and it's clear when you meet other candidates on that track. There was an open bar so feel free to grab a beer and put on a smile.
Step 3 - Interviews the next morning. CM had 3, and the other track has 4. Each last 30 minutes, 25 for the interview and 5 for transitions. Each interview is a 2v1, with people from every group in on the track. Once you're done, you fill out your preference sheet of groups (in order of 1 to 5) and list your geographical preferences. After submitting the form, you can leave.
Step 4 - The offer. I left the hotel around 1PM for the airport. Got the call upon reaching the airport with two offers and was given the weekend (it was a Friday) to choose between the two. After making the obvious choice, I had three weeks to mull the given offer. I accepted.
