Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received an email from on-campus recruiters. Piper had presentations where you could submit your resumes. Initial interview was over the phone with an analyst. The interview was mostly behavioral with some technicals on basic accounting. Seemed like the analyst wanted to gauge more on how I would fit with the team. After that interview, HR sent an email inviting me to their super day which was a 4 hour long interview in their SF office. Typical superday with mix of behavorial and technical questions.
