Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiting happened early this year for the Minneapolis office, which was abnormal as I understand it. It started out with a phone screen, which was fairly straightforward with no unexpected questions. Super day was held with 6, 2on1 interviews. There were in-depth technicals, behaviorals, and also a couple of brain-teasers.
