Fixed Income Analyst Intern

I applied online through piperjaffray.com, and heard back form a recruiter a month or so later. I had a general phone interview first (why Piper, what do you want to do in the future, etc.) She scheduled an in person interview with two MD's, but there was a blizzard during the scheduled interview so they changed it to a phone interview. Both MD's were extremely kind and easy to talk to. There were no technical questions though, which I was well versed on. They did ask if I had used Bloomberg, and I had not which is why I got dinged.
