I was lucky enough to be introduced to a senior partner, and he fast tracked me to an interview with junior bankers. I met six in one day following a standard problem solving test. Everyone was quite kind, and the questions varied from fit, to brainteasers, to macroeconomic issues to general finance knowledge. Everyone seemed rather relaxed, very smartly dressed, and in a good mood. Nothing was too surprising about the interview.
