Started out with an online "intelligence"-type assessments prior to an on-campus interview after meeting them at a career fair; successful on-campus lead to a weekend "Superday" at their Chicago office. Meet with many traders and trading assistants; had a full 4 hours of on-site interviews with tests, 1-on-1s, and on-the-desk time. Everyone was very respectful
