Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with 3 tests in London. Each test was less than 15 minutes long, and you had to pass each test to be allowed to stay for the next. Of the 20 or so people in the room, only 3 remained at the end of the 3 tests.
Next was a phone interview, where I was asked about options theory and about the company.
Last was a in person interview. I was flown to Amsterdam, and there were 3 sections -HR, Technical and introduction to the trade floor.
