Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus interview: This consisted of two parts. The first part was a (~50 question) timed math test containing simple arithmetic questions and questions like "what is the next number in this sequence". Those who got a good enough score on the test had a 1-on-1 interview on campus.
On site interview: There were three 1-on-1 interviews. One was completely personality based (with a psychologist, I think). The other two were more technical. Was asked some questions on option greeks and some logic brainteasers.
