I submitted my resume through my school's career website. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by HR saying that they screen candidates (entry level/campus) by a math test. 80 questions in 8 minutes. Passing =60 points. You get points off for wrong answers.
After passing that, I was contacted by HR and set up with a phone interview for behavior/fit. That went well, but I couldn't attend on-site interviews because I was abroad.
