Investment Banking Analyst

Applied through OCR, had a 1-on-1 interview on campus that was mostly fit-based and BSing, (I think it helped that I had reached out to an MD in the office two months earlier). Invited to a super day out in the Baltimore office that was set up like your typical super day (a few 1-on-1s a few 2-on-1s). All in all, you do meet the majority of the office, the only guys I didn't meet were the ones travelling. It was a less structured process, guys in and out, not a strict time table. Also did not receive too many technical questions, the most technical was probably "What line item affects a DCF projection the most?" Overall it was a pleasant experience, the analysts were laid-back, but since it was fit-based, it's always difficult to tell how you did. Didn't hear back for a solid month and a half or so, I'm under the impression that it took a little longer because of the hurricane that wrecked the east coast late 2012.
