Associate

I got in touch with an MD who is an alumni of my college and he invited me to interview. I did two rounds. First round was with two vice presidents and an associate. The second and final round was with a vice president and head of the group. The associate asked an obscure technical question about a private/private merger. Other than that, there were no technicals. One VP was very persistent in testing my interest in investment banking. The head of the group interviewed me for three minutes and seemed entirely disinterested. I assumed I didn't do well, but got an offer a week later.
