Analyst

I got the interview through campus recruiting event. My first interview was on campus with an HR recruiter. The interview was really basic, went over my resume, I spoke about my experiences and interests in being an analyst with OF. Oppenheimer flew their top 3 candidates to NY to interview at their office. First interview was with HR recruiter from campus, just a quick refresher. Next interview was over lunch with Personel Manager for the group I would be working with. A lot of questions about my working experiences and why I thought I was a good fit for the position. Next interview was with the fund manager I would be reporting to. He probed my background and interest in the industry I would be doing analysis on. He asked about books I recently read, what the price of certain commodities was at the time, the most important factors in valuing a company, asked for a company I was familiar with and my opinion on their recent market performance, he asked me to explain exchange rates and what the main influences on them are.
My last interview was with the fund manager's boss. It was a qucik 30 minute interview going over my education, personal and professional interests...
