Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After dropping resume on OCR, we were required to take an online assessment test. Mostly math and pattern-recognition questions, nothing too difficult. I believe the bar to pass was pretty low as well.
First round was two case interviews, about 30 minutes each. Not too difficult and fairly straightforward. Both were somewhat more structured than some of the other cases I had done.
Second round was at their office and consisted of three cases and one behavioral interview. The cases varied by the interviewer and some where very open while others were very structured. Everyone was notified of results within a few hours of the interview and they provided good feedback.
