Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was for their accelerated interview process for a full-time post-undergrad Financial Consulting position. Was interning at another firm and applied for/got into a networking event in NYC for OW. Networked with alums there, applied for the position and then had 2 first round phone interviews back to back. This was like a month before typical NYC summer internships had even ended (August?). One interview was behavioral and the other was a case study but it was really just a series of expected value problems from a typical econ class. Passed those and went to the super day. First round, I was shown a series of charts and I had to answer questions about them. I had to draw on blank charts to show how I thought certain trends would go. Then I had 20-30 minutes alone to read a case and create a presentation with my analysis. Then someone came in and did a behavioral interview. Then I presented my presentation to a panel of OW consultants. Then the interviews were technically over but they had a first year come in and explain what their job was like and I asked questions for like 20-30 minutes.
