Did OCR on campus with a resume drop. Then had 2, 30-min. case interviews on campus with 1 healthcare case and 1 CPG case. The second case was shorter and left time for more behavioral questions at the end. Heard back that day that I was being moved on to the next/final round on site in San Francisco. A couple weeks later, flew in to SF on a Thursday night and had dinner with people from the office to get a feel for the office. The next day, had 4 interviews mainly with partners, 1 fit, and 3 cases. The second round cases were definitely harder and you get pushed to keep on providing more and more solutions after exhausting your initial 4-5 ideas. Don't freak out. They just want to see how you think under pressure and how creative you are, so ask for a few minutes and draft some more ideas. As long as you can explain how you arrived at those ideas, they'll be satisfied.
