Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was very poorly structured. I went to get some experience early in my interview process. The interview was more of an information session followed by questions from the presenters. This was followed by breaking the group up and giving out a questionnaire. I left large parts of this blank knowing that I did not want to work here, and they still sent me an offer.
