Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Signed up for an interview with the career center and met with a hr lady on campus. After explaining the job, I went to the office and met with a senior advisor and was assigned a project to complete within one week. The project was to establish my network and how I would build a book of business. Presented the presentation to hr and senior staff.
