Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st Round phone interview, very generic questions with the analyst/associate, if you advance you have back-to-back interview with the group members, also including the head of the group. I had interviews with 5 different people, ranging from associates to MDs, from desk analysts to traders. They ask about market insights, your past experiences, stock pitch and test your approach at investing.
