What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had two rounds, the first one with a regional office and the final round at their London offices. The first round consisted of two interviews and a written case study. The case study asked you to calculate various financial rations and similar items.
The final round consisted of 4 interviews with VPs and MDs. The questions ranged from motivation to technical questions. In general, the questions were not unexpected but they keep pushing you very hard to find something you don't know.
