Investment Baning Summer ANalyst

First of all, I had to take an online test after you submit an application through the career website. Later, I was invited to a series of phone interviews with Analysts in Nomura Hong Kong. I had some conversations with the firm to decide interview schedules.
I had 2 interviews. Two interviewers are working in different groups. My first interview with Nomura only took about 15 minutes, but I kept asking questions and it lasted about 30 minutes in the end. My second interview was pretty similar to the first one. It also took 30 minutes.
Interviewers were very kind and kindly answered all of my questions.
They did not ask any technical questions. All questions were fit questions, and they seemed to ask questions mostly about what is on my resume.
They asked questions like "Why IB?", "Why Nomura?", "Why Hong Kong?"
I advanced to the second round. Unlike the first round, I only had one interview. The interviewer did not ask technical questions, but he delved more deeply into my resume. So basically, my interviews with Nomura were about fit questions.
About several days after my second round interview, I got an email that I did not make it to the next round.
This is the hiring process until the second round. Unfortunately, I could not go to the next round.
