1) Online application - Classic fill up the form + a brief paragraph on why this role / Morningstar
2) Online assessment (3 sections) - GMAT style essay writing, logic questions and a section on financial analysis - think CFA
3) HR phone call - Behavioural questions, call was conducted in Chinese to test proficiency
3) Panel interview
4) Presentation to panel on a given case study (2 weeks to prepare)
