Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Interview process started with very generic phone screen. Was delivered by hr of all things. Very slow process, they seemed to just be nibbling. I eventually got an offer from them, a month after i'd accepted an offer at a competing firm. If I were them I would consider getting a more streamlined recruiting effort.
