Summer Finance Analyst

I was able to initially connect with Morgan Stanley at an on campus career fair. Had a good conversation with a current analyst in the New York office, eventually applied through OCR, kept in touch with my contact in the firm, and was invited to an on campus interview. The night prior to the interview there was a networking event with the employees conducting the interviews and those students invited to interview. The event was very comfortable and the employees were very encouraging in creating conversation and sense of community. The interview was mostly behavioral questions- know why MS, why finance, and how you've dealt with interpersonal situations in the past. Interview style was not too intimidating. Overall good experience.
