Spring insight

I applied online, basically you only need to write a cover letter and submit your resume. Completed the online tests, which were a bit tricky but if you practice you get hold of them. After that if they approve you, you get an email about upcoming phone interview. I applied to IBD, the guy from that department called me, mainly there were accounting based questions because this is what i am majoring in. Asked me about financial statements, balanced sheets, asked me some definitions as well. He also asked to walk him through my CV. Then he asked some teasers, with the airplanes landing each minute and taking off each minute too, so roughly how many airplanes visit Heathrow in 24 hours. Another question was really easy about percentages. Also asked me about the company and the structure that they have.
