What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was Boston Career Forum. I submitted my resume via BCF website, and HR reached me before the forum saying that they are interested in interviewing me. The interview itself was very short, only one interview with one ED. And the questions were all expected ones, with no technical questions at all. After the interview, I was asked to join their dinner (this is what they do in BCF, and it's a good signal- there's a high chance of getting an offer if you get invited, but of course it's not the final offer; plus, you can only go to one of the dinner invites).
