On-site written test, phone interview and assessment center. 40 for written test, nearly a half left for AC, and a half of that got the offer.
Generally it is very much a typical hiring process. One thing special is the error checking test in written test. For more exercise consider http://www.savilleconsulting.com.au/docs/Preparation_Guide_Error_Checking_EC_INTE.pdf. They use SHL but it's similar.
Phone interview is competency. AC includes two one-to-one interview and a group project. Classical one, needs to make a decision based on different materials.
