Operations Analyst

First they came on campus and interviewed for the positions after having us go to a preview night, the night before. Interview on campus was fine and then went to Super Day in Baltimore. Consisted of two one-on-one interviews and then a group project. Interviews were on-on-one. Had met one guy on campus. Neither seemed particularly intelligent or interesting. Both seemed to be there because the job was easy and had no interest in having a challenging job. One was a math major and said it was 3rd grade math, so I did not understand why he was wasting his time. Then group project where we worked together. At that point did not like company after bad impression from first rounds and one interviewee kept cursing which was quite uncomfortable for me.
