Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Phone Interview with 2 bankers from the Hong Kong office. (1 Associate + 1 VP)
2. 2 Face-to-face Interviews with 4 bankers (2 Associates & 2 VPs). 2 from the Sydney office and 2 from the Hong Kong office.
Impressions of the phone interview were good as the interviewers seemed friendly and non-condescending. Face-to-face interview was below average as one of the interviewers was not respectful and was pre-occupied with his Blackberry.
