So although the formal interview process really only las two weeks, it truly starts in the Fall. The Firm comes to campus, has both invite only and free-for-all events. The invite only events is where you really need to network, get peoples information and ask to set up phone calls. These will likely not be labeled "phone interviews" and will not be technical, but it is the first screening process and best way to get started. After that there is the application, first round that is on campus, then the superday at the office. overall the interview's were relatively easy with a few challenging questions. It is all about showing you prepared, being able to admit you don't know something, and showing you are smart, logical thinker. Most importantly, come across as someone they can sit next to for up to 100 hours a week, and you will be on the right track.
