Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Following a set of numerical tests and an initial screening I was invited to a telephone interview consisting of competency questions, brainteasers and technical questions regarding valuation as well as current affairs. Following this I was invited to a final round assessment centre consisting of numerical test, 2 1-1 interviews, a group exercise and a presentation. The interviews were split between competency and technicals - they got very technical regarding valuation methods, walk through DCF, why is WACC U shaped, and gave me an M&A case study to go through and talk through financial projections
