Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had a series of phone interviews in advance of a conventional superday. Flew into NY where interviews were held at company HQ. Alternated through interviews with folks at several different positions at the company. Some seemed focused on evaluating technical knowledge and background where others took a softer tack aimed at evaluating fit. Overall seemed like a tight team with a work hard play hard culture pretty standard at most BBs.
