Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Simple interview process. Spoke on campus with some traders from their SF office. Was invited to New York for the super Saturday. Interviews were fairly simple - most revolved around knowledge of markets at the time. If you read a few weeks worth of Bloomberg you should be just fine. Was asked one or two simple brainteasers.
