Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very straightforward. Many questions about bond markets/inflation/political climate. There was a group of two interviewers: one did not say a word the entire time, while the other was extremely awkward. To be honest, I thought I blew it until I got a call later in the day with an invitation to SuperDay. SuperDay consisted of three interviewers. Got a call an hour after to extend a job offer. Declined, because let's be honest, it's Morgan Stanley--not to mention fixed income.
