Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The firm recruits on campus at my Alma Mater. I dropped my resume, and I was selected for an interview with the firm. After the interview on campus, I continued to network before receiving a notice that the firm wanted me to do a phone interview. After that interview, which was mostly behavioral in comparison to the on-campus interview, I was invited to a super day. The super day was mostly on par with other firm super days in terms of comparison. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer.
