1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through OCR and the first round consisted of a 2v1 interview with an analyst / associate. Mostly behavioral and resume questions. Very conversational in nature. A few technicals. Also was asked why Mizuho, what I know about the bank, and which division I preferred working in.
Second round was multiple 2v1 interviews with associates / VPs. Both technicals and behaviorals, with more emphasis on who was interviewing you. Was told about the bureaucracy, but that doesn't really matter for an analyst.
